Dad found an abandoned baby vulture on the pipeline and now he's (or she's, how the hell are you supposed to tell?) living in our spare bedroom until he can scavenge on of his own accord.

Also, it would be "counsel"l that's an individual. "Council" is a group.

Anyway, that's awesome.

I can't decide if it's cute or not. I mean, it's all fuzzy and disproportionate, which is cute, but it's a buzzard and it has that awful hooked beak, which is not.

Take some video! What kind of sounds does it make?

They lack the....what ever the hell it's called, to make noise. So it just hisses a lot.
